Packed Lunch Ideas for Kids and Adults

Oh, how I hate making school lunches. Luckily I have successfully delegated this task to my kids. I do my best to stock the fridge and pantry with healthy staples for the kids (and adults) to choose from.

Here is my list of foods that I include in the school lunch rotation:

  • Raw pickles

  • Raw nuts and seeds

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Cucumber and avocado sushi rolls

  • Lara bars

  • Salads

  • Homemade gelatin

  • Kimchi
