Nutrition and Health Coaching
I believe food should be consumed for our nourishment and enjoyment. No shame, no confusion, no guilt, no deprivation, no stress. I also believe we are all different and that includes our unique metabolism. What works for your friends may not work for you or what worked for you in the past may no longer seem beneficial.
As a functional medicine dietitian, I perform a thorough history and evaluation of your health status, current concerns, and habits. I seek to identify any underlying issues that need to be addressed and I work with you to design a personalized plan to optimize your gut health, nutrient absorption, metabolism and overall health and well-being. All in a doable and sustainable way.
We first make our habits then our habits make us.
Together we identify habits that are not serving you well. We then figure out “micro” habits and ways to easily implement them at a pace that is doable for you. I offer information, support and accountability along the way.
