What are your Needs?

Do you find big box gyms intimidating? Are you not sure what exercises are safe and beneficial for your body? Are you too busy to try and incorporate resistance training, core work, mobility, balance and cardio exercises into your routine?

Whatever your needs are, I will do my best to design a safe, efficient and challenging workout for you. I will make sure you employ proper technique, maintain proper alignment, breathing and control, engage muscles appropriately and implement appropriate modifications for your fitness level. All while having a bit of fun.

Do you want to get stronger? Do you want to train for a marathon? Do you want to reduce your risk of osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, or heart disease?

Whatever your fitness goals are, I can design a personalized one-on-one exercise program to help you accomplish your health goals. I provide you with proper instruction, guidance, support and accountability. In person or online sessions available.
