What do you Value?

Our values tend to change as we get older. Now that I find myself in the “active older adult” demographic, I know mine certainly have. What is it that you value most? Health, relationships, longevity, vitality, independence, more life experiences?

What are your Fitness Goals?

First of all, what is that you need to do? What do you hope to continue doing? And what would you like to be able to do? Do you need to be able to safely navigate the stairs in your home? Do you need the strength and mobility to lift and play with your kids/grandkids or to assist an aging parent? Do you want to continue to garden? To dance? To be able to travel? Go hiking with your dog? To play tennis? Whatever your answers are, functional fitness is the key to accomplish your fitness goals.
