Smoothie

This is my go-to smoothie.   If I don’t drink this for breakfast, I often pour it into a jar and bring it to work for my lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Mixed Greens (5 oz)

  • 1 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 can Coconut Milk (I use Trader Joe’s Light Coconut Milk)

  • (Optional) 2 Tbsp Collagen Hydrolysate  for some protein

 

Blend all ingredients thoroughly (I use my Vitamix).  Refrigerate if not drinking immediately.
